We’re currently recruiting 7–10 social sector leaders for our next virtual cohort beginning Fall 2025.
This group is designed for contemplative, action-oriented leaders who value vulnerability and confidentiality. Ideally, your leadership transition will take place at least six months after the cohort begins.
What to expect:
Six monthly virtual sessions (starting Fall 2025)
Each session focuses on a key phase of the leadership transition process
2-hour sessions include:
Transition best practices
Facilitated peer conversations
Guest speakers
Real-time feedback on your transition plan
Optional: Add monthly 1:1 coaching to deepen your planning and execution support.

Structure
Each cohort includes 6–10 social sector leaders who are reflective, action-oriented, and committed to vulnerability and confidentiality.
We meet once a month for six months in 2-hour virtual sessions. Each session includes:
Facilitated group conversations
Individualized application of transition tools
Real-time feedback from peers and facilitators
Participants also receive personalized coaching support throughout the experience.
